As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, you will spend a substantial portion of your time in the field all while leading a team of techs and crew chiefs during the hours of 3pm-12am. Ready to lead with impact? Apply now.
What You'll Do:
- Manage direct report schedules to ensure adequate coverage for each day and shift
- Ensure team has the needed resources to execute their duties
- Facilitate efficient deployment of crews
- Spend 60% of time in the field assisting teams with obstacles, continuous improvement, and problem solving
What It Takes:
- Attention to detail
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience leading smalls crews
- Current, valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
