We are looking for a Commercial Credit Analystresponsible for specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Analyzes and summarizes financial statements, and prepares credit-related reports for presentation to loan officers.
- Assesses loan applicant's credit worthiness and risk to the Bank. Primarily assists and supports the Credit and Portfolio Manager, Relationship Managers and Regional Executive Vice President as they make and service all types of business, real estate, and individual loans and lines of credit, both secured and unsecured.
- Spreads financial statements and conducts written or oral financial analysis on a variety of financial data, and tracks this information.
- Keeps PM and RMs informed as to the status of loans in their portfolio.
- Provides financial counsel under guidance from VP, Credit and Portfolio Manager, RMs and/or REVP to current and prospective customers.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business from a college or university; and related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic experience, knowledge and training in finance and credit analysis.
- Basic experience, knowledge and training in finance & credit analysis and lending activities & terminology.
- Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; host computer system; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs.
- Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
