Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Denver, Colorado

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Commercial Construction. We are looking for a highly qualified individual who can contribute their expertise to our projects right away. The perfect candidate for this position will have a solid background in Commercial Construction, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges

Senior Project Manager Benefits:

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in Commercial Construction or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
• Preferred experience in managing GCS, Soil Nail, and HBSN projects
• Proficiency in implementing lean approaches for process improvements and problem solving
• Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methods
• PMP Certification is a valuable asset
• Proficiency in using MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera scheduling software

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-construction meetings
• Responsible for scheduling
• Supervise junior Project Managers
• Manage financial projections on a monthly basis during the projects
