Commercial Construction Project Manager

Position:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, budgeting, estimating, qualifying subcontractors, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Construction Project from planning to implementation
• Create take-offs and project estimates
• Obtain bids and qualify subcontractors for projects
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in project management in the Commercial Construction industry
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Position requires working out of Indy area
• Requires travel 25-30% of time
