Color Separation Production Artist

A Tulsa-based company specializing in screen printing and promotional products is in search of a Production Artist. We are looking for individuals with a background in Color Separation, though we are open to training entry-level graphic designers. The main role of this position involves generating Color Separations for all artwork submitted to our screen printers, particularly during peak seasons. During periods of lower activity, the responsibilities will transition to internal tasks, training, organizational duties, and/or art creation.

Job Description

• Prepare artwork for screen print production
• Check jobs for licensing approvals before production
• Convert customer logos into artwork suitable for screen printing
• Organize and save artwork to database
• Work closely with production coordinators

Qualifications

• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency required
• One year experience in print production preferred
• DETAIL ORIENTED
• Comfortable with organization and repetition
• Good communicator
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced, busy printing environment with minimum supervision

Experience:

• Four year degree in Graphic Design or two year degree with two years of experience
• Screen printing experience would be an advantage
• Color separation experience preferred
