Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne is looking for an Body Shop/Collision Center Customer Service Representative to assist Collision Center with daily administrative duties and greeting our guests in person and on the phone. This position requires a high level of Customer Service. We are looking for a candidate with excellent Customer Service skills and can provide a world class experience! .

Training will be provided to the right candidate that understands how to treat customers and wants to build a career in an environment that cares about their people.

Responsibilities:

• Strong phone and active listening skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer skills that include the ability to navigate multiple computer programs at the same time.
• Arranging Customer Transportation and drop offs
• Preparing paperwork and reports
• Working with team members to ensure accurate and timely repairs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to read and understand damage estimates

Compensation is commensurate with experience/ On the job training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
