Responsibilities:
- Collect accounts that are in the early stages of delinquency
- Work with customers to provide possible solutions that will help them stay on track
- Take payments from customers and answer other customer service-related type inquiries
- Support the finance team with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related field
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of phone experience in a professional environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work well with team members and provide support on accounts as needed
