Position Overview: The primary objective of this role is to protect Lone Mountain as a business. This position will involve collecting on past due customers, specifically after truck repossessions and wholesale transactions have taken place.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers and collect on payment deficiencies
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide insight and education
• Negotiate payment arrangements, help clients work through issues
• Swift and accurate response time while not shying away from complex situations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Collections
• Excellent communication skills, emotionally intelligent
• Strong problem solving skills; ambition to figure out root causes
• High level of accountability and diligent follow-through
