Must be detail oriented, assertive, organized and thrive in a fast paced environment.
MUST REPORT TO OFFICE IN GREAT NECK FULL TIME MON-FRI.
PREVIOUS CONSMER COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; R/E experience a real plus

Responsibilities:
- Review tenant accounts/aging reports for a huge portfolio of properties in the Metro NY area to evaluate and determine action plans pertaining to past due balances.
- Be polite and professional in all situations while negotiating payment arrangements.
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Armenian a real plus!)
- Computer Savvy
