Job Description:
As a Collections Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining client accounts and facilitating smooth communication regarding account balances, payments, and other relevant information. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and text to provide updates on their account balances, payments due, and any relevant information.
• Working closely with attorneys to manage client accounts effectively and ensure compliance with payment schedules and legal obligations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize collections processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of client communications, payments, and account statuses.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in collections or a related field, with a strong understanding of debt collection practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and text.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Collaborative mindset and the capacity to work closely with attorneys and other team members to achieve collective goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
