Marcam Associates is hiring a medical debt collector to act as a patient advocate for hospitals nationwide. Our ideal applicants hold positive and kind personalities and find pleasure in helping others. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but all new hires are thoroughly trained to grow their knowledge in the healthcare industry and customer service skills. Additionally, we offer Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist Certifications from AAHAM and opportunities to advance within Marcam Associates. Please be advised that we do require new hires to be trained in the office for the first 90 days. They have the potential to work following.
