PEG is recruiting a Commercial Collections & Credit Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Maplewood, MO. What You'll Do:
- Connect with customers and arrange payments.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Negotiate and approve payment plans.
- Manage, train, and coach a team of Commercial Collections Representatives.
- Lead departmental meetings and communicate with leaders and divisions.
To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:
- 3 plus years of B2B collections experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
- A College degree or equivalent experience is required.
