Collections Agent

Responsibilities:

• Collecting on Past Due Invoices: Pursue the recovery of outstanding payments, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Base and Commission: Enjoy a competitive base salary with additional commission incentives, rewarding your dedication and successful collections efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in collections or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Reliability and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
