• To be eligible to serve as supervising physician for physician assistants and/or advanced practice nurses with prescriptive authority, an allopathic physician shall meet the following criteria:

• Active MD license in the state of Oklahoma (Required)

After several years, the nursing home went from being a struggling 1-star facility, barely able to stay open, to a thriving 5-star facility at 100% occupancy. Our founder's work was recognized when he was awarded the prestigious AMDA National Medical Director of the Year.This experience inspired the development of UltaCare Medical's patient-focused model, which has evolved and improved over the intervening 17 years. Today, our team of compassionate and expert providers offer a range of services, including primary care, mental health care, wound care, and more, with a mission to elevate the standard of care for seniors in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
