We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our team in the Firearm Industry. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to firearm business owners, fostering relationships, and setting appointments for our founders. Dare To Surpass has created a software that allows firearm dealers to have 14,000+ products on their website without ever having it in inventory. This allows for no overhead with inventory.

Conduct outbound cold calls to firearm business owners, emphasizing our conservative values and 2A-friendly stance.

Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Set appointments for the founders by highlighting our commitment to conservative principles and the Second Amendment with new software opportunities.

Understand that we are the only company in this industry offering Custom Websites. People buy, you don't even need to sell. Just be human.

Requirements:

Most important **YOU OWN OR HAVE A PASSION FOR FIREARMS**

Proven experience in Cold Calling, with a successful track record in appointment setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate our conservative views and 2A-friendly stance.

Strong understanding of the Firearm Industry and a genuine passion for conservative principles and Second Amendment rights.

Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue goals aligned with our values.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Capacity to make 80-100 dials per day consistently.

Availability to work 6-hour shifts, with flexibility in scheduling.

Able to meet Monday - Friday @ 9:45am CST - 10:15am CST

Be proficient with Discord. (Our team dashboard for meetings & updates)

Proficient in using CRM software for accurate record-keeping. (Zoho CRM)

Compensation:

Compensation is performance-based, with payment for each successfully closed appointment.

There is no hourly pay. You will be a 1099 contractor underneath our business with allowing you to write off phone, computer, chair, & office space on taxes.

Payments are processed within 72 hours of a closed deal.

Receive 15% of everything you appointment set for. (our top appointment setters will make $2,000/week)

Understand this is a self-starter position, if you can't handle Cold Calling for hours at a time. This isn't for you.
