As our Cold Caller, you’ll play a pivotal role in our sales strategy by identifying and engaging potential customers, setting the stage for successful deals. Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through Cold calling and other outreach methods, with a clear goal of setting appointments for sales presentations.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition of our products or services, tailoring your approach to meet the needs and interests of potential customers.
• Maintain a persistent, disciplined, and enthusiastic approach to daily call quotas and appointment setting targets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies, share market insights, and follow up on leads.
• Track and report on your activities and successes, contributing to our sales strategy and goals.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in Cold calling, sales, or a similar role where persuasive communication was key to success.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and follow up on leads efficiently.
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection, with the motivation to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Part-time availability with the flexibility to increase hours as the role expands.
