Your daily pursuit is leading our amazing team of baristas and crafting amazing drinks to fuel our guests in their Glacier adventures!
- Manage all aspects of COFFEE SHOP operations: training, scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etc
- Set up, maintain, and operate all COFFEE SHOP equipment
- Invest in COFFEE SHOP team through teaching and training
- Cash handling including cash drops and day-end reports
- Attend weekly manager meetings
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in keeping with federal, state, and company standards
- Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2-4 years restaurant/hospitality/COFFEE SHOP management required
- Coffee Shop/Barista experience required
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
- Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Be organized with a great eye for detail
- Be kind to others and always bring your best
- Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
