Job Summary
The Logo Shop Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the Logo Shop team. This position is one of two supervisors who help lead our Logo Shop team. The Supervisors work together to help our team create a relational environment with our guests. This includes overseeing scheduling, managing merchandise and inventory, operating a cash register / POS system, and providing world-class customer service.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the Logo Shop team in day-to-day Logo Shop operations and customer service
- Creating and managing the team schedule
- Overseeing inventory and receiving, pricing, and displaying merchandise
- Product knowledge
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive shop
- Must be a positive team player and self-starter
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Requirements
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy connecting with people
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
