Job Description

Job Location:

This position will be based in Denver, Colorado. The warehouse will move to another location in the Denver area during the 2024 year. Domestic travel may be required periodically during the year. This is not a position that can be performed remotely.

Background:

The Range of Motion Project (ROMP) is an international nonprofit organization with the mission of ensuring access to high-quality prosthetic care for underserved people, improving their mobility and independence. ROMP provides prosthetic care and community-based rehabilitation to patients through its clinics in Guatemala and Ecuador.

In the United States, ROMP operates the Components for a Cause (C4C) Program. In this program, private prosthetics clinics and prosthesis users throughout the United States and beyond donate prosthetic components to ROMP for use with patients in our Guatemala and Ecuador clinics. ROMP coordinates the shipping of components from donors to our warehouse in Denver. We check, order, pack, and ship components to our field locations. ROMP then informs donors that their items are used with patients in Guatemala and Ecuador. Approximately 95% of all prosthetic components used by ROMP come through the C4C Program.
