About the position:
The Human Resources Co-op is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Team with administrative support. Support includes tasks relating to various key HR projects, including analysis, documentation, and presentation. This role has high visibility to the executive level of the organization, providing key insights to support organizational initiatives.
You will:
- Assist with various HR projects that support the business and HR Team.
- General administrative tasks, reporting the progress of tasks on a regular basis.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures. Follow and adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and policies.
- Support efforts designed to ensure that HR programs are compliant with all legal requirements.
- Perform work on projects that are generally moderate to large in scope that have impact at an enterprise level. Actively support large/special HR projects/events that are complex in nature.
- Use metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement accordingly.
- Perform related work as assigned.
About you:
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's degree working towards a Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or other relevant degree.
- Must be able to work up to 20 hours per week during semester(s).
- Must possess and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
- Ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills - comfortable presenting to a diverse audience, including executive staff.
About the total compensation package:
Wage-$20.50 - $23.50 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
