Our Client located in Arlington Heights IL, is sourcing for CNC Machine Operators, ID Grinders and OD Grinders for 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11Pm. ($20-$30 Based on experience).
- Set up and operate CNC and/or manual ID grinding machines to produce precision components according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, conformance to specifications, and overall quality.
- Communicate with the leads and quality control teams to resolve any issues related to production or product quality.
- Work with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Must speak English (70% minimum), must pass E-Verify, drug test and a background check. This is a temp to hire position.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in metal and in machine operating. Resumes and Interviews are required.
- Will conduct safety orientation on their first day which can take up to 45 mins. Employees must be available to train on the 1st shift (6am-2:30pm). Training can take from 1month up to 3months. Employees must be open to getting cross trained in different machines/dept.
