We are seeking a talented CNC Programmer to join our growing team to help bring customer's designs in the aerospace, defense, and other industries to life! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to ensure the efficient and accurate production of precision, high-quality machined parts for mills and lathes in low-to-medium volumes.

Position Summary:
- Analyze customer-supplied drawings and models to determine dimensions, tolerances, and other requirements.
- Determine machining sequence and workpiece holding techniques.
- Identify and select effective tooling and work-holding solutions.
- Create and modify cutting tool paths, speeds, and feeds in CAD/CAM software.
- Collaborate with Quality to determine inspection techniques and frequencies.
- Prepare supporting shop documentation, including manufacturing drawings and setup sheets.
- Manage projects from contract review through shipping. Monitor progress and collaborate with others to resolve issues.
- Comply with safety and security policies.
- Treat all colleagues, customers, vendors, and visitors with inherent respect and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming is preferred
-5+ Years of machining experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- 3+ years of experience with a tool pathing (CAM) software, preferably in MasterCAM
- Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
