We are immediately hiring CNC Plasma Table Operators. CNC Plasma Table Operators will have the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of Plasma, 460, and 5200i Groovers
- Prepare and operate CNC burn machines to perform task using torches and plasma cutting operations
- Understand specifications of task by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings
- Ensure proper calibration of all instruments and gauges at work station
- Maintain records and results of work according to company documentation standard
experience, skills, personal attributes):
- High School Diploma / Welding Certification(s)
- 1+ year(s) of verifiable proficient operation of B-25 Band Saw, Shot Blaster, and 414 Groover
- Expert in shop math: tape measures, calipers, micrometers, vernier scale (fraction to decimal)
- Commitment, considerable overtime available
- Must be able to work independently, efficiently and be self-motivated and detail oriented
