Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level CNC Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to cut, shape, and finish stone materials according to precise specifications. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform cutting, drilling, and shaping of stone materials.
• Load and unload materials onto CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the production team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of CNC machinery and computerized systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is preferable.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
