Cnc Mill Operator

$2,500 Signing Bonus after completing 90 day probation period.

```Duties:```
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to perform precision machining operations on a Tormach 770MX Mill
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Use CAD software to program machines and create tool paths
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or tooling
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

```Requirements:```
- Experience operating CNC milling machines
- Proficiency in CAD software for programming
- Knowledge of machining principles and techniques
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Experience with press brake machines and fabrication is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
