Cnc Maintenance Technician

Express Employment is Direct Hiring CNC Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift in Fowlerville, Michigan.

Position Overview: Employees work in a team supporting CNC mill lines, water deburr machines, wash system, and secondary operations. Positions in CNC Department, troubleshooting experience with Siemens and Fanuc is most helpful. Required knowledge with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting. Must be able to trace and replace motors, cables, proxy switches.

Incentives: Company culture teamwork driven; clean facility with temperature control environment. Biweekly pay, $3500 sign on bonus- 60 days $1,000, after 120 days $1,000, after 180 days $1,500, Cost share comprehensive medical coverage company/employee PPO with multiple options, 3 weeks paid vacation *prorated starting in September 2023, Tuition reimbursement.

Schedules: Training on 1st shift up to 3 months 6am-2:30pm Schedule Monday-Friday and every other weekend based on production needs, moving to second or third shift after training.

CNC Machining Post Process Technician Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on CNC Machining centers, High pressure water deburr systems and additional production equipment. Knowledge of Fanuc/UR robots helpful but not required. Must be competent troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance programs on production equipment (i.e., cleaning, retooling, oil-changing, calibrating, aligning, etc.)
• Must be willing to work in a team environment and demonstrate good communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Required:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent – and—
• Minimum 2 years related mechanical or electrical experience; or
• Applicable apprenticeship or in-house training program preferred.
