Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for producing
inspection part drawings, set-up documentation, programming using Siemens NX, setting up,
operating HAAS (CNC) machines, inspecting parts, assembly of parts, maintaining quality and
safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
3 Years experience with CNC machinery required CAM programming is a plus
Strong knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Basic computer skills required
Lifting 80 lbs. required
Ability to follow quality procedures required
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely
Flexibility in working hours will be necessary at times to meet deadlines
High school diploma or technical degree required
Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus
Experience with manual machining is a plus
Pay $23.00 to $32.00

manufacturing.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in McMinnville, OR for a Lead Tool Die Maker. The Lead
Tool Die Maker will work with HAAS CNC machinery, CMM-Laser Scanners and Siemens NX
to help design, program, build, inspect and repair molds, fixtures, support tooling to make wax
patterns used in the investment casting industry. In this role you will be responsible for
improving your knowledge, guide teach journeyman CNC operators and Mold Finishers. You
will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AS9100 procedures, Customer
Requirements are implemented and timely deliveries of products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker with excellent problem solving skills
Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, dial
indicators, and gauges
Experience in assembly, adjustment, and repair of injection molds fixtures.
Experience programming, setup, and operating CNC machines.
Ability to create or edit CNC programs using solid modeling CAM software.
Ability to visualize develop all operations to manufacture components from solid
model.
High school diploma or equivalent, with 5 years experience in tool and die making.
Excellent mechanical aptitude, visualization, and manual dexterity skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams.
Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standards and continuous improvement
methodologies.
Must be willing to adapt to existing and develop new manufacturing practices.

Maintain CNC schedules and project deliveries
Maintain CNC tooling and ordering
Setup and Operate CNC machines, machining to meet design specifications
Mold assembly and fitting of components using CNC equipment
Inspection of components and final products using Blue-Light Scanner, CMM and
PolyWorks
