In this position, you will be responsible for the daily production of machined parts. The position offers challenging projects, modern equipment, talented coworkers, and a clean, climate-controlled facility. Schedules are generally flexible, with 2nd shift a high priority

Current Opening Availability:

• 5-Axis Mill Machinists CNC - Weekday Swing shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate various modern machines on the shop floor
• Mill- Operate, monitor, and complete production jobs on 5-Axis CNC Mills, checking parts to print, making offset changes, and producing quality parts. Working on mills such as Haas or Brother verticals.
• Do multiple set ups in a day
• Read drawings and make offset changes independently
• Execute and adjust programs as needed
• Be flexible to lean in to help where else needed within the shop

Requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of machining experience,
• Blueprint reading skills
• Ability to edit programs at the controller
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work well with others

Bonus Points for:

• Lathe and/or B-axis mill turns
• Siemens 840D controllers
• Probing/macro writing
• CAM system experience (hyperMILL, MasterCAM, Esprit, etc…)
• CAD system experience (Solidworks, SpaceClaim, etc…)
