Contract-to-Direct after 90 days - Benefits, PTO, Vacation, etc.

Starting Hourly Wages: $22-28 based on experience

Shift: 1st AND 2nd Shift – 50-560 hours expected average schedule

Schedule: 6am-430pm + Saturday 6am-12pm / 5pm-4:45am + Saturday 6pm-12am

Job Description:

· Set-up, identify tools required and run jobs with minimal supervision.

· Set work offsets, load programs, and touch off tools.

· Understand purpose and functionality of component being machined.

· Have own tools.

· Lifting to 25 lbs.; heavier load sizes with assistance.

· Perform equipment preventive maintenance

· Must be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Understands, implements, and maintains the Company's quality policy in the performance of all duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements:

· Basic blueprint reading and GD&T.

· High level experience in contour and manual machining: knowledge of clamping and cutting techniques; thorough understanding of speeds and feeds; understand material properties and be able to match equipment and techniques to various materials.

· Able to use basic inspection equipment. (Micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges)

· Understanding of N.C controller G and M codes, manual programming capable.

· Knowledge of Master cam preferred or equivalent NC programming software.

· Mechanical aptitude a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
