What You'll Do:
- Master CNC Mills: Set up, operate, and program our advanced CNC mills.
- Become a Programming Ace: Create and edit programs to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate to Innovate: Work with Programmers, Die Makers, and other experts to tackle challenges and streamline processes.
- Own Your Work: Read blueprints, interpret CAD data, and ensure parts meet the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Help us become more efficient and minimize waste.
- Proven Experience: Minimum two years as a CNC Machinist or CNC Programmer.
- Sharp Skills: Blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, and an eye for detail.
- Programming Plus: Experience with MasterCam is a big advantage.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A desire to find solutions and optimize production methods.
- Team Player Spirit: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
