Job Description

Kai USA, the manufacturer of Kershaw Knives and Zero Tolerance Knives in Tualatin, Oregon. We have have an immediate need for CNC Mill Operators.

Day shift:Monday-Thursday 6 AM - 4:30 PM. Pays $22 - $28 per hour depending on experience.

Weekend: Monday-Thursday 5PM - 3:30 AM. Pays the same base pay as day shift, but you also get $2.50 per hour shift differential.

Weekend: Friday - Sunday 6AM - 6:30 PM. Pays the same base pay as day shift, but you also get $2.50 per hour shift differential.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties Summary:

In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the CNC Mill Operator will be responsible for:

"Operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate, load, and cycle parts, detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools, run production lots, and communicate with co-workers regarding production runs to maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment.

-Mastercam/G&M code experience a plus+
-Experience with vertical and /or horizontal mills. Swiss style screw machine experience a plus
-Must have firm grasp on basic machining fundamentals
-Experience in a lean manufacturing environment a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.50 per hour
