SalarySet up, load and operate a variety of CNC mills and lathes - Models include HAAS and MAZAK. Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality control. Perform at station QC. Operate various other types of machine shop equipment including drill presses, band saws, grinders, polishers, etc. Experience in Fusion 360, Espirit and Solidworks for programming is desired.
Load, unload, debur parts in quick / safe fashion. Make program edits at machine to maximize speed and efficiency. Ability to program in CAM / from design is a plus.
Adhere to quality and time standards and be a self-starter (no micro- management needed).
Maintain a clean, safe and positive work environment. Must be an organized, solutions oriented person looking to operate in a small / team environment where everyone is important and valued. Must be a self starter and not need micro-management.
Must have reliable transportation and should be willing to work overtime if needed. Pay rate within the range listed will be determined based on experience and ability to meet some or all of the qualifications.
