Cnc Machine Operator

A&B Aerospace is at the leading edge of the precision contract manufacturing industry with twenty-three modern CNC machine tools, and a host of support equipment including centerless grinding and precision honing.

SEEKING A CNC LATHE MACHINIST WITH 2+ YEARS MACHINING EXPERIENCE TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

• *EXPERIENCE WITH FANUC OR OSP CONTROLS IS A PLUS!

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (including work holding, kitting of tools, touching off tools/establishing offsets) to perform precision machining of parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as gauges and micrometers
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

HOURS:
- MON-THURS 4 x 10 hour Days (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

with Overtime Hours available on Fridays

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
- Hourly rate $20-$22 per hour (Based on experience) + OT
