Job Description
As a CNC Spinning Operator (also known as Machine Operator, CNC Technician), you'll be responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines. You'll maintain quality and safety standards, keep records, and maintain equipment and supplies. You'll also study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with precision tools (e.g. calipers and micrometers) to take accurate measurements.
- Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Familiarity with machine tools and equipment.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, good attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
- Excellent hand/eye coordination and good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Ability to consistently wear personal protective equipment.
