Cnc Lathe Programmer/Operator

Thread Craft is a leading manufacturer of Ball Screw Assemblies and Precision Machined Components for all industries. A position is available for a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator. Candidate must be able to program, set-up and operate Mazak CNC Lathes. Must have own basic tools and strong blueprint reading skills. Basic GD&T knowledge is helpful. Short run production of 5 to 300 parts is typical. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years programing and set-up experience.

Successful candidate must:

• Program, set-up and operate Mazak CNC Lathes

• Be able to work with little supervision

• Own their own basic tools

• Have experience in short-run production

• Have ability to hold close tolerances

• Have strong math skills, basic trigonometry

Special consideration given to candidates with threading experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
