Ho'okele Home Care is seeking awesome Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Nursing Assistants (NA) to join our amazing team. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

- Hourly Personal Care Assistant - Our personal care assistants work one-on-one with clients where they build meaningful relationships and make impactful differences in the lives of our clients. Client visits range between 4 hours and 12 hours - we can work together to develop a schedule that works best for you.
Starting Pay: $18/hour* (Full-Time)
For shifts less than 8 hours we pay $20/hour (Full-Time)
We pay differentials for couples and advanced cases too and pay differentials can stack.
* Following successful completion of 90 day training/introductory period. During 90 day training/introductory period pay is $17 per hour.

Responsibilities May Include
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Perform medication reminders.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care activities.
Requirements
- Valid CNA or NA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic CPR and First-Aid certification (No online CPR)
- Health Clearance / Physical Exam (within a year)
- Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within a year)
- Must have a smartphone
- MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption
