On-the-job training.4. Flexible working hours.Responsibilities:1. Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.2. Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids and equipment.3. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document administration accurately4. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse5. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed6. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients7. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care activitiesSkills:1. Experience in senior care and familiarity with the specific needs of elderly individuals.2. Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies.3. Proficiency in tube feeding techniques and protocols.4. Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.5. Understanding of care protocols in assisted living facilities and nursing homes.6. Competency in taking vital signs and recognizing abnormal readings.7. Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients.8. Pay: $18.00 per hour
