Independent Contractor 1099 Caregiver/CNA, HHA, PCA, LPN, LVN, RN

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support and care to aging seniors

-Collaborate with clients/families to create care plans

- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene ie; bathing, incontinence, dressing.

-A Driver's license is required.

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals under your care

- Engage in activities that promote socialization and independence

- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and progress

Requirements:

-Understanding what being a 1099 independent caregiver contractor means.

-Entrepreneurial Desire and Spirit

-Experience preferred but not necessary, working as an independent caregiver contractor.

-Must have at least 2-5 full years of verifiable caregiver experience, no exceptions.

-Not required but preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of certified or licensed CNA, HHA, PCA, LPN, LVN

-Ability to be self-directed in providing care to seniors.

- Experience working with aging seniors in their own homes.

- Knowledge of basic non-medical home care,

- Ability to provide compassionate and patient care to senior individuals.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Please note that this position may involve heavy lifting and may, require working in a nursing home or residential setting.

- Must pass a comprehensive background check

-Already possess or be willing to carry verifiable, Personal Liability Insurance and Accidental Occupational insurance.

-Must have recent or verifiable TB testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
