SalarySeeking a reliable, warm and engaging individual with strong communication and documentation skills to care for a female Client who lives in King of Prussia, PA but will be moving to Bryn Mawr, PA where her care will continue. Client is looking for a companion who will engage in conversation, assist with personal care and light household chores, as well as accompany her to Physical Therapy several times per week.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Duties Include:
- Driving Client to Physical Therapy
- Personal care (assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Companionship and Emotional Support
- Meal preparation
- Documenting daily summary of events, tasks completed in communication book
- Reporting observations and concerns to supervisor
