CNA/HHA Needed - Santa Ana & Surrounding Areas

We are a rapidly Growing hospice agency who is seeking dependable and licensed CNA's/HHA's to join our team! You would be working in the Santa Ana& Surrounding Areas.

Our HHA's oftentimes make more money than other competing hospice agencies because at Healing Care Hospice we compensate $30-35 pay per visit, offer as many patients as a CNA/HHA can handle, pay $18-20 hourly and do not limit the number of visits. Plus, we pay mileage 0.67 cents from patient to patient.

Our CNA/HHA's end up making as much money as our LVN's, and we think that's a good thing!

The HHA's must be able to work the following:

• Mon-Fri during the mornings as we provide outstanding services up to 5 days a week. This is where Healing Care Hospice stands out from the rest of other Hospices. Our services is known to be top notch including hands-on training and shadowing.
• Candidates will start off as part-time staff, may transition into full-time employment after working 3 consecutive months for full-time (permanent role).
• The role requires for staff to travel/ commute Surrounding Areas (up to 30 miles).
• Must be able to work the Holiday's and weekends as needed. Weekend work may be 1 time per month.
• Must be able to train at our HQ office in Downey, CA. Training will be one week in the office.

Our CNA/HHA's end up making as much money as our LVN's, and we think that's a good thing! We do this because we truly believe that the CNA/HHA is the most important member of our hospice team. They do the hardest, most intimate work, right?

Must have a valid CNA/HHA license, CPR certification, valid drivers' license and car insurance.

Must be able to provide great customer service, be compassionate, caring, attentive, and DEPENDABLE, DEPENDABLE, DEPENDABLE.
