Cna/Caregiver

Stellar care is one of the largest memory care communities in San Diego, serving our older adults since 2008. We are a family owned and operated facility and aim to promote wellness in our residents, with dignity and respect.

We have full and part-time positions available for caregivers. In this role, we are hoping to hire compassionate, caring and patient individuals. Experience in Assisted Living and Dementia care are ideal, with a passion for assisting older adults.

Our caregivers assist residents with their daily activities, such as showers, dressing, grooming, escorts, toileting, etc. Positive, kind communication is necessary. Caregivers help to monitor how each individual is doing, and communicate any changes with the supervisors and med-room so that we can all work together to provide the best care possible to each resident.

A Qualified Candidate Needs to Be:
--- dependable, flexible, and have a sense of humor

--- able to work as a team and follow directions

--- at least 18 years of age

--- have a high school diploma/GED

--- CNA preferred

As we serve our residents 24/7, this position requires working weekends.

Successful clearance of a criminal background check and pre-employment physical (including TB test and drug screening) is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
