- HCA Registration (Home Care Aide) is required.
- Strong communication skills (i.e. Charismatic)
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Must have a compassion for caring elderly.
- Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
The Aid performs assistance with daily care living, companionship activities, meal preparation, and other such tasks that allow the clients to remain independent in their homes. These activities include bathing, dressing, feeding, exercising, personal hygiene, grooming, transferring, ambulating, positioning, toileting and incontinence care, assisting with medication that the clients administer, meal planning and preparation, clients' laundry, transportation, correspondence, making telephone calls, shopping for personal care or groceries, and light housekeeping of areas that are directly occupied by the clients.

Supervisor of Addiction Care - Provide a safe, HIPAA compliant environment for patents and staff. The Healthcare Specialist provides supportive clinical and IMS/MAT services under the direction of the Medical Director (HCP/Physician), and Nurse Practitioner to patents with substance use disorders (SUD) experiencing, post-acute withdrawal, struggling with co-occurring medical and psychiatric disorders. Administers evaluations, (CIWA-AR, CIWA-B and COWS) and completes health assessments. Monitors and records patent vitals; documents and communicates pertinent medical findings to the medical director (HCP/Physician) and Nurse Practitioner. Oversees self-administrator of patent medications in accordance with State and Federal regulators and IMS/MAT Policies and procedures. Monitors patents for signs of potently side effects from prescribed medications including MAT, contradictions to prescribed medication including MAT, allergies or other reasons to medicines including MAT, or other concerns related to medication administration discontinue per physician instruction. Immediately reports any medication or medical concerns and ensures that prescribed medicines including MAT are received, processed, and delivered by the pharmacy in a timely manner. Accurately documents receipt of medications from the pharmacy, inventories received medications in the electronic medical record, corrects medication count discrepancies, and appropriately disposes of discounted medicines marked for destruction as per prescribing physician. Collects random urine toxicology screening. Administers injectable medicines as ordered by Medical Director (HCP/Physician) and/or Nurse Practitioner. Ensures that all IMS areas are kept organized, clean, private and as sanitary as possible. Arranges for cleaning, restocking, disposal or other maintenance of IMS areas as needed. Under the direction of the Medical Director (HCP/Physician) and/or Nurse Practitioner, provides basic wound care for minor injuries, abrasions, lacerations, performs first aid and initiates emergency response procedures as needed. Performs other dues as assigned.
