What is it like to be a Certified Nursing Assistant?
As a CNA, you will help assist your client throughout their day according to their individual plan of care, which is individually tailored to their needs. Responsibilities typically include meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, bathing, and companionship. Our hope is that you will build a meaningful relationship with our clients and their family. Our ideal CNA is someone who is compassionate, timely, and communicative. What requirements are there to being a Certified Nursing Assistant?
As part of your application, you must pass a criminal background check, and drug screen. We also ask that you have a reliable method of transportation to and from the client's home. You must possess a valid driver's license and you must also consent to a driving record check. Finally, you must be 18 or older, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
