Responsibilities of a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Park Place Center, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and holistic care to our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Helping residents with mobility, including transferring them in and out of beds and wheelchairs.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs like blood pressure and pulse.
- Feeding and assisting residents with their meals.
- Turning and repositioning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assisting with toileting and incontinence care.
- Collecting and documenting resident information and reporting to nurses.
- Assisting with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Responding to call lights and requests for assistance promptly.
- Following infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensuring residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times.
Qualificationsof a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification in NJ
- Serious applicants dedicated to providing exceptional care
