Salary### Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of care. ### Duties - Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate - Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times - Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse - Assist with feeding and tube feeding as necessary - Maintain a clean and organized patient environment - Follow proper infection control protocols, including practicing aseptic technique - Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure optimal patient care - Utilize electronic medical record systems (such as Epic) to document patient information accurately ### Experience To be successful in this role, you should have: - Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology - Strong patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion - Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance - Experience with airway management techniques - Ability to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities - Previous experience in an intensive care unit (ICU) is preferred If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this position.
