Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections on various aerospace components using CMM and other precision equipment. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure product compliance.
- Create and modify CMM programs for accurate inspections.
- Document inspection results, perform product acceptance/rejection, and process necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve quality-related issues and maintain adherence to safety guidelines.

- Leadership abilities to mentor and train junior inspectors.
- Proficiency in communication, attention to detail, and customer focus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Compliance with company policies and guidelines, with a minimum of 10 years' hands-on inspection experience in a regulated industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience operating a CMM, with recent experience (3-5 years) in the aerospace industry.
- Certification in Advanced Level CAD systems (CATIA and AutoCAD) is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
