ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect Sales Process
- Execute sales process, lead generation, follow-up and close
- Drive membership sales at a 60% class conversion rate
- Review and ensure intro classes are booked, and prospects are communicated with prior class
- Ensure staff are trained on how to execute responsibilities for intro classes inclusive of training on how to sell.
- Ensure studio hits new member goals and develop plan for when the studio is not meeting goals.
Member Retention
- Responsible for Member Retention process. This includes monthly checkins, new member and member retention emails, ensuring members are attending classes, membership cancelations and freezes
- Assist members with membership/billing related matters at a studio level
- Review past due status and call/text members that are past due
Retail Responsibilities
- Responsible for retail sales of the studio. This includes organization, inventory, selection of retail items, identification of clearance items, studio retail promotions and hitting monthly retail sales goals.
Staff Supervision – (Front Desk Staff)
- Assist in front desk and instructor recruitment and interview process.
- Ensure weekly front desk schedule is properly staffed
- Ensure weekly instructor schedule is properly staffed
- Supervision and training for Front Desk staff.
- Communicate with Owner on studio/staff issues and forward any member and/or staff escalations
Studio Responsibilities
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider o Present available services to current or prospective members o Responsible for overseeing cleanliness and cleaning of studio
- Ensure proper level of supplies. This includes shopping for studio supplies
- Promote the studio and oversee social media efforts
- Assist with organizing and participation in special events. This includes health fairs, community events, grass roots events and guerilla marketing efforts.
Financials of Studio
- Ensure studio hits financial, new member and prospect goals for the month
- Ensure studio is hitting expense goals and course correct as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
