This iconic Pacific Northwest lodge has a world-renowned spa offering regionally inspired treatments, two restaurants providing a luxuriously comfortable and memorable dining experience, and award-winning wine list and a variety of nearby recreational activities. The resort is located 30 minutes east of downtown Seattle and within 40 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

The Brass Tacks
- Responsible for maintaining and stocking of Club 268 in accordance with established standards
- Assembles food items, such as appetizers, salads and soups
- Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages. Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
- Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes
- Processes guest payments, using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
- Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required
The Nitty Gritty
- Previous experience as server or attendant in a similar environment
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Necessary State Food Handler's License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
