Requirements:We are one of the best Golf Professional teams in the Northwest. Working alongside our golf professionals, you will learn golf and the golf industry from the best. We are looking enthusiastic individuals for to excel in a seasonal role with our team. Starting out at 20-30 hours per week through May and 30-40 hours per week June-September.
Job Summary:
To assist our golf professionals in providing a complete quality member service to our Overlake Golf and Country Club members and their guests by creating a great place start to finish on our premier golf course.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and get to know members and guests
- Provide exceptional service in anticipating members needs in advance
- Clean, manage and maintain a clean golf car fleet and tracking system as trained
- Prep and retrieve member and guest bags from storage before arrival tee time
- Pull bags from member and guest vehicles as soon as they arrive
- Ensure all clubs and equipment are clean prior to storage
- Provide services, restock, and interact with members at the Learning Center
- Collect and distribution drive range balls and equipment
- Stock sand and seed bottles, bottled water, score cards and other golfing necessities
- Assist in running tournaments
- Help with ranger on the golf course
- Run a golf service counter if needed
- Operate golf and club carts and equipment in safe and responsible manner
- Maintain clean and neat work and storage areas
- Report any safety or health hazards to shift golf professional on duty
Requirements:

- Experience with golf or working on golf courses preferred but not required
- Must be a minimum 18 years old
Education:
- GED or High School Diploma preferred
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Outside and partial outside work environment, ability to work in weather
- Environment can be loud, busy, high-action service-points
- Ability to interact with dozens of employees and potentially hundreds of members per day during height of season
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach, walk, stand, stoop, climb stairs, balance and/or crouch
- Continuous repetitive motions
- Push, pull and lift 50 pounds
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
