Golf Cart Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented Golf Cart Attendants to join our team. As a Cart Attendant, you will work in our outdside golf operation providing exceptional customer service to our members by helping them with their golf clubs, keeping our practice facilities stocked and throughout the day and cleaning and stocking Golf Carts for play. This is a great opportunity for part (2 days minimum) or full time work. Must have a valid drivers leicense. Perfect hours for a retiree to work duing the day and/or a part/full time summer job or after school. Hourly wage plus tips and gratuties.

Responsibilities:

- Retrieve and organize carts from designated areas in the facility

- Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings into carts

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas

- Monitor and manage cart availability to ensure carts are readily available for customers

- Organizing the practice areas throughout the day through picking the range, cleaning and stocking balls and keeping the practice areas organized for members .

- Assist with events management, including setting up and organizing carts for special events

-- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and empathy

- Knowledge of theater operations or food service is an asset

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team environment
